🛡️ Key Responsibilities✔ Implement & monitor HSE policies and procedures✔ Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments✔ Lead safety training and toolbox talks for workers✔ Investigate incidents/near-misses and prepare reports✔ Ensure compliance with Qatar HSE regulations (MOECC standards)✔ Maintain safety documentation and permits✔ Coordinate emergency response drills✔ Monitor PPE compliance across site⚠️ Must-Have Qualifications✅ 3+ years as Safety Officer in construction industry✅ Mandatory CertificationsNEBOSH IGC (or equivalent)ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001 knowledge ✅ Technical Skills: Risk assessment methodologiesFire safety managementScaffolding/working at heights safety ✅ Software Proficiency: MS Office (Advanced Excel)HSE management systems ✅ Language:
