As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team and support our growing workforce in compliance with UAE labor laws. Job DescriptionWe seek an experienced HR Generalist with minimum 2 years of UAE experience to manage end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processing, and HR best practices in the Dubai market.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboardingProcess visas, work permits, and Emirates ID in compliance with UAE regulationsHandle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions per UAE labor lawAdminister payroll, benefits, and leave management using HRIS systemsDevelop and implement HR policies aligned with UAE regulationsCoordinate onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiativesMaintain accurate HR records and WPS complianceLiaise with PRO, MOHRE, and freezone authorities for HR mattersRequirementsMinimum 2 years HR experience in UAE (Dubai experience preferred)In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, MOHRE regulations, and freezone policiesExperience with visa processing, WPS payroll, and HR documentationProficiency in HR software (Bayzat, SAP HR, Oracle HCM preferred)Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldCIPD/SHRM certification is advantageousPreferred QualificationsExperience in engineering/construction industryKnowledge of Tawafuq services and Dubai immigration portalsAbility to handle multi-national workforceWhy Join KILONEWTONS?Competitive salary + standard UAE benefitsOpportunity to build HR processes in a growing companyProfessional development supportDynamic work environment in DubaiHow To ApplySend your CV and cover letter to [careers@kilonewtons.
