The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in storekeeping, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory management software. Key ResponsibilitiesManage inventory – Receive, inspect, and record incoming/outgoing stock. Maintain accurate records – Track stock levels, expiry dates, and storage conditions. Conduct regular audits – Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure warehouse organization – Proper labeling, storage, and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance.

Coordinate with procurement & logistics – Ensure timely replenishment and dispatch. Handle documentation – Prepare GRNs, delivery notes, and stock reports. Maintain safety standards – Follow company policies for warehouse safety and hygiene. Must-Have Skills & Software KnowledgeInventory Management – Stock control, warehousing best practices. Software Proficiency – SAP MM, Oracle Inventory, MS Excel (Advanced). Forklift Certification (Preferred) – For Handling Heavy Goods. Attention to Detail – Accurate data entry and record-keeping. Physical Stamina – Ability to lift/move stock as needed. Soft SkillsStrong organizational & time-management skills. Excellent communication & teamwork abilities. Problem-solving mindset for discrepancy resolution.
