With support from the Ministry of Education and international partnerships, the Trust continues to grow as a beacon of transformative education in FijiJob Description: Coordinator – Brighter Minds TrustPosition Title: Brighter Minds Program Coordinator Location: Nadi, Fiji Type: Full-Time - On-SiteRole SummaryThe Brighter Minds Program Coordinator will oversee the successful planning, implementation, and monitoring of the Brighter Minds training and school rollout initiatives.

The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, with a passion for education and community development. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Implementation & CoordinationSchedule and organize Brighter Minds training workshops and follow-ups. Liaise with educators, school heads, and community stakeholders to facilitate program rollout. Track and report on progress across schools and cohorts. Maintain up-to-date participant records and training databases. Resource & Logistics ManagementCoordinate the distribution and tracking of training materials Ensure resource requests are logged and met within project timelines. Work with local and international partners on procurement and inventory. Financial & Administrative SupportMaintain financial records including petty cash, receipts, and budget tracking.

Assist in the preparation of reports, invoices, and grant-related documentation. Support with organizing presentations and donor engagements Communications & OutreachRespond to school and community inquiries. Support the development of internal newsletters, case studies, and media posts. Liaise with international partners including Brighter Minds India for updates and guidance.  Key OutcomesA minimum of 200 teachers certified in Fiji within 2 years. Accurate and timely financial and program reporting submitted monthly. At least 90% of resource delivery requests fulfilled within agreed timeframes. Increased community and school engagement metrics, including participation and feedback. Qualifications & SkillsExperience in program coordination, education, or NGO work.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is essential. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Experience working with children or educational programs is an advantage.
