In this role, your excellent communication skills—whether face-to-face or over the phone—will be essential in creating a positive experience for our patients and visitors. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Administrator, you will: Warmly welcome patients and visitors, guiding them to the right departments. Manage telephone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Handle patient correspondence while adhering to service quality standards and GDPR regulations. Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring accurate records are maintained. EssentialWhat We're Looking For: Previous experience in high-end hospitality or an administrative role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Word and Excel. DesirableExperience working as an administrator in a clinical setting.
