As a People Services Coordinator, you will be instrumental in shaping a positive workplace by managing recruitment, onboarding, and training — ensuring our staff are well-supported and aligned with our mission of providing the highest standards of care. Your work will directly impact our ability to maintain a compassionate, efficient, and high-quality telehealth environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment, from creating job descriptions to interviewing and extending offers. Coordinate onboarding processes to welcome new team members smoothly, including orientation sessions and necessary documentation. Support the planning, organization, and logistics of employee training programs and workshops.

Maintain accurate records of employee certifications, training activities, and development progress. Set up, manage, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective delivery of training programs, track participant progress, and update training content as needed. Develop training materials and collaborate with managers to provide engaging learning opportunities. Foster a positive onboarding experience that promotes our values and culture. Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and support leadership with reports and documentation. Handle correspondence, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality with care. Support physical and virtual office management to ensure a productive work environment. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience supporting recruitment and employee development initiatives. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, HRIS, and video conferencing tools. Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment.

The base salary range listed here represents the low and high end of the Kindbridge Behavioral Health annual pay range for this position. The range listed is just one component of Kindbridge's total compensation package for employees. Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Colorado Pay Range$55,000—$65,000 USD
