Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of electrical projects across multiple sites in Dublin and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts from tender through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of electrical contracts, including planning, execution, and close-out. Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, and company procedures.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare and review project documentation including tenders, risk assessments, and method statements. Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to health & safety regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to engineering and site teams. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals. QualificationsDegree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical project or contract management. Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale electrical projects. Strong knowledge of Irish electrical regulations and health & safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software (e. g. , MS Project, Primavera). Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites. Additional InformationTravel to sites is required.
