Job Description

A leading law firm is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Front Office Executive with strong administrative experience and graphic design capabilities to join its support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, be proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Premier Pro, and maintain a professional and pleasant outlook at all times to represent the firm positively with both internal and external stakeholders. The role will also involve active participation in the firm’s internal and external events as well as its business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Provide full administrative support for both front office and back office functions. Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, typing, and formatting. Complete tasks assigned by office management. Deliver a high level of client service, maintaining a professional image at all times. Draft correspondence and reports as requested. Communicate with clients and external business contacts. Transcribe documents from dictation. Prepare time entry records using the firm’s software. Manage calendars, contact information, and travel arrangements. Provide reception relief and additional support when required. Maintain and organize both printed and digital files. Manage subscriptions, publications, memberships, and alliances.

Produce and maintain the firm’s design assets. Create design materials such as event invitations, publications, logos, and greeting cards. Maintain and update the firm’s website. Support compliance-related matters. Requirements: Must be based in Doha. 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a professional services environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) as well as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro. Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
