This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the finance strategy, optimizing processes, and supporting key commercial decisions at the group level. Key Responsibilities: Drive the finance strategy and support business growthLead financial planning, analysis, and risk mitigationManage cash flow, credit control, and working capitalOversee month-end and year-end closings and reportingEnsure full compliance with IFRS, VAT, and local regulationsCollaborate with operational leaders to meet divisional targetsLead ERP implementation and financial systems improvementsBuild and develop a high-performing finance teamIdeal Candidate:
