We’re looking for an HR Supervisor to lead recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management and administration while driving HR policies and culture-building initiatives. What You’ll Do: Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles. Oversee the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, payroll inputs, leave, and exits. Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal HR policies. Lead performance management and employee engagement programs. What We’re Looking For: 7+ years of HR generalist experience in the UAE. Strong expertise in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
