Job Title: Lead / Managing 360 RecruiterLocation: Oman (On-site)Sector: Recruitment - Oil & Gas / Energy / InfrastructureType: Permanent, Full-TimeOverview: We are seeking an experienced and driven 360 Recruiter to lead and grow operations in Oman. This is a key role where you'll take full ownership of recruitment delivery, account growth, contractor mobilisation, and local team management. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the in-country contractor population, building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and coordinating with internal recruitment and compliance teams.
You will act as the key point of contact for clients and contractors in Oman while driving branch performance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow client accounts across the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Infrastructure sectorsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and market segmentsOversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, including onboarding and contractor careProvide local support to mobilising and in-country contractors (meet & greet, induction, ongoing welfare)Coordinate with recruitment delivery teams across regions to ensure compliance and fulfilmentSupervise and mentor local recruiters, administrators, and PROsManage internal reporting and ensure all operational KPIs are metPromote a positive and productive office environment with strong team engagementLead local corporate responsibilities and client engagement events as neededKey Competencies:
