The RoleKira Talent is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help support the Engineering (Development), Product, Sales, and Client Success teams. You will play a vital role in ensuring clients are wowed by our product’s experience. Key responsibilities include:
product feature identification, backlog management, prospect and customer-facing support for new products and features, platform technical support and troubleshooting, product evaluation and testing, and system configuration activities. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll report to Kira’s head of product and work collaboratively with virtually every department in the company. Your key responsibility will be to support our sales, client success, and software development teams as the voice of the customer.
Additionally, you will be instrumental in coordinating, collecting, and providing client-centric feedback on all products, solving problems, assisting the development team to identify and stamp out issues, and testing solutions and new product features. You will be responsible for ensuring projects, systems, processes, and technology initiatives stay organized and on track. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of client-facing interactions, excellent facility with web-based technologies (webhooks, API’s etc), excellent project management skills, strong technical troubleshooting skills, as well as a working knowledge of the software development life cycle.
