Kitchen Helper | Group 5Y

Group 5Y – Food & Events is a growing restaurant group based in the north of Portugal, with several restaurants specializing in Japanese, Asian and Mexican cuisine.We are currently hiring Kitchen Helpers (Full-time) to join our kitchen teams across different restaurants of the group.Main ResponsibilitiesAssist in food preparation and daily kitchen operations;Prepare ingredients and support the mise en place;Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment;Follow all food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP);Support cooks and chefs during service.RequirementsPrevious kitchen experience (preferred but not mandatory);Motivation to learn and grow in the restaurant industry;Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment;Responsibility, discipline and good work attitude;Legal documents to work in Portugal (NIF, NISS, residence permit or Expression of Interest).We OfferFull-time contract;Training and career growth opportunities within the group;Multicultural and respectful work environment;Stable position in a growing restaurant group.
