Job Description

Title: Real Estate Analyst - SeoulWho We AreAt Kitchen Valley, we're dedicated to creating commercial kitchens designed specifically for food delivery. What You’ll DoPrepare research reports for the acquisition team, including lease and sale comps, market data overviews, demographics, zoning and all other research required for underwriting. Source, analyze, and summarize materials for reports, memorandums, and presentations for associates based on identified needs or ad hoc requests. Develop broker relationships and call property owners in targeted geographies to identify new acquisition opportunities and understand how to filter and review potential acquisitions based on quantitative and qualitative data. Build and maintain underwriting models.

Assist senior team members with the acquisition process (due diligence, managing third-party vendors) and property development, properties, prices, and locations. Perform keystrokes on construction administration such as invoice inputting, change order logs, recording schedules, leveling bids, and providing help on legal issues involving regulations, licensing, and permits. Perform administrative and support tasks for the real estate team. Gathers and interprets data to assist in property acquisitionsAssists in the financial evaluations and contract negotiations.
