We are now hiring a Machine Learning Engineer who combines strong machine learning foundation with Generative AI (GenAI) experience and front-end development skills to build user-centric, intelligent applications.

Om rollenAs a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, building, and deploying scalable machine learning systems and GenAI-powered tools that enhance our services—spanning audit automation, inspection optimization, report generation, and operational intelligence. You’ll also collaborate with software developers to integrate ML outputs into clean, interactive web interfaces for business users. Your Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, deploy, and maintain ML/AI models, with a focus on NLP, GenAI, and applied deep learning use cases. Build proof-of-concept and production-grade GenAI applications (e. g. , LLM-driven audit report summarizers, inspection support chatbots).

Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize models using modern MLOps practices. Design and implement intuitive front-end interfaces for internal tools or customer-facing AI features using modern web frameworks. Work across the stack (front-end to ML APIs) to ensure seamless integration between user interfaces and model backends. Optimize performance and scalability of both models and UI components. Ensure compliance with AI ethics, model governance, and data security standards. Work cross-functionally with product managers, domain experts, and IT teams. Your location will be Solna, but you will be working globally.

Har du vad som krävs?Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI roles. Proficiency in Python and key ML libraries (e. g. , TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain). Experience with building and fine-tuning LLMs (e. g. , OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA) and implementing prompt engineering techniques. Solid understanding of REST APIs, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines for ML. Experience in front-end development using modern frameworks (e. g. , React, Vue, Angular). Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and UI/UX principles.

Experience deploying ML apps on cloud platforms (e. g. , Azure, AWS, GCP), specifically Microsoft Azure. Preferred QualificationsExperience with MLOps platforms (e. g. , MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker). Familiarity with vector databases, RAG architecture, and knowledge retrieval systems. Prior experience building internal tools for enterprise environments (especially in B2B or industrial domains). Understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and user-centric UI principles.
