Now, we’re looking to increase our presence with an additional Business Development Manager to help us nurture and grow these partnerships, while bringing fresh ideas to extend our reach even further. You’ll be the key contact for our existing and new partners—many of whom have worked with us for years. You’ll focus on strengthening these relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with the leadership team to shape our next chapter of expansion. What You’ll Be Doing: • Managing and deepening relationships with long-standing partners. • Identifying new opportunities to grow business through current networks.

• Representing Kiwi Holiday Insurance with professionalism and warmth. • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver value to our partners. • Helping shape strategy with real input into how we grow from here. What We’re Looking For: • A relationship-focused business development professional. • Confident communicator who enjoys building genuine, long-term connections. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, practical approach. • Someone who values being part of a team that listens and cares. • Experience in travel, insurance, or a service-driven industry a plus.
