The RoleWe are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Support Technician to join our team! If you are passionate about IT, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and want to contribute to maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, this is the opportunity for you. The position requires on-site work in Buje, Croatia. Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Windows 10/11 and Windows ServerAdminister and support Linux systemsWork with virtualization platforms (VMware, Docker)Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, NAS)Manage and maintain telephony systems (3CX, SIP)Implement and oversee IT security and monitoring systemsProvide technical support to end users:
Set up user accounts and manage accessReset passwords and administer user permissionsDocument issues and solutions in the ticketing systemPerform software updates, firmware upgrades, and security patchesTest new devices, systems, and updates before deploymentManage data backups and recovery plansTrain users on IT procedures and security best practicesStay up to date with new technologies and suggest improvementsCollaborate with external vendors and service providersRequirements:
