We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Transformation Delivery team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic initiatives that improve how we serve our customers. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyse, design and enhance business and system processes, lead end-to-end requirements gathering, and support project delivery with robust documentation and risk management. For this role we’re looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems, improving processes, and translating business needs into actionable outcomes. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following: Proven experience in business analysis, including user and data requirement analysis. Strong process mapping and business process improvement capabilities. Experience in service implementation and solution delivery. Excellent facilitation, documentation, and analytical skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving ability. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships. Nice to have:

Experience with Promapp or Aris for business process analysis. Familiarity with banking or payments systems. You do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
