What Your Role EntailsYou will be a key member of the HR team, supporting our global expansion with end-to-end HR operations. Your responsibilities include: 路 Managing full-cycle employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation assessment, role adjustments, and offboarding; optimizing related systems and workflows to adapt to cross-regional operations. 路 Handling the signing, renewal, and archiving of employee labor contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations in target markets.

路 Maintaining accurate and standardized employee personnel files, with a focus on data security and accessibility. 路 Overseeing employee attendance management, including daily tracking, statistical analysis, and timely handling of abnormal attendance to ensure operational efficiency. 路 Calculating employee salaries and benefits, ensuring accurate and on-time payments that align with local compensation standards. 路 Managing employee social insurance and related welfare registration and payments, ensuring compliance with local policies. 路 Administering the DingTalk backend, setting up and adjusting workflows to support cross-regional team collaboration. 路 Supporting regional labor compliance management, providing insights into local labor regulations to avoid operational risks.

What We鈥檙e Looking ForWe hope you have the following qualifications and qualities to take on this role: 路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree or above: a major in Human Resources, Labor and Social Security, or related fields is preferred. 路 Language proficiency: Fluent in English (as a working language); proficiency in Russian and Kazakh is required to support Central Asian operations. 路 Compliance expertise: Familiar with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in Central Asian markets (e. g. , Kazakhstan) and related regions. 路 At least 4 years of experience in human resources, with cross-regional HR operation experience preferred.

路 Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams across regions and departments. 路 Excellent execution, professionalism, and a sense of responsibility; careful, flexible, and customer-oriented. 路 Proficiency in common office software (e. g. , Excel, Word) and HR management systems; experience with DingTalk is a plus. 路 Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) will be a significant advantage, as it facilitates communication with the headquarters team.
