Ensuring an impeccable customer serviceSelling additional services to customersDelivering the rental cars to customersCarefully filling out the rental contractChecking the state of the vehicle to identify potential damagesTaking over the rented vehicles from our customersCarefully completing the return contractRegistering the damages and charging the amounts from the customersRequesting customers feedback about their experience. Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer serviceMandatory driving license (B category)Proficiency in Portuguese and EnglishHardworking, ambitious, extroverted, and integrity-driven personalityExcellent customer service and sales skills, along with attention to detailStrong communication, time management, teamwork, and computer skills.
