We design and manage complete customer journeys using Klaviyo, focusing on consistent performance and long-term customer engagement.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Klaviyo Email Marketer to help execute and manage email and SMS campaigns, flows, and account optimizations. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, technical understanding of Klaviyo, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, test, and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo.Manage and optimize automated flows and audience segmentation.Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate with the copywriting team.Monitor deliverability and ensure accurate reporting.Maintain DNS records and pop-up configurations for client accounts.Handle client requests and communicate progress with internal teams.Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and consistent account performance.Requirements1+ year of experience using Klaviyo or similar ESPs.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.Comfortable managing multiple accounts and repetitive tasks.Good communication and time management skills.Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools (preferred).Understanding of email/SMS marketing workflows and deliverability best practices.
