About The ProjectWe are looking for a Project Manager to lead one (or more) of the company’s IoT projects. We do Internet of Things projects: smart home, smart chargers for electric cars, temperature monitoring system for trucks, etc. Join us!YOUR ROLEManage client and project communications on a day-to-day basis;Workload planning and managing inter-project and cross-project dependencies;Management of the development team in an Agile setting;Support and optimization of delivery processes in a development team, creation and fine-tuning of new ones where needed;Short-term and long-term planning, goals adjustment, and risk management.
RequirementsMore than 3 years of project management experience (in IT branch);Experience in project planning, including all necessary documentation;Experience in project evaluation and estimation;Experience with applying Agile methodologies and principles to project management;B2+ level of English. NICE TO HAVEExperience in either software development, QA engineering, or business analysis;B2+ level of Polish.
