What You’ll OwnFull-Funnel Growth Strategy – Define quarterly targets, craft experiment roadmaps, and allocate budgets across paid, organic, and product-led channels. Enterprise Demand Gen – Lead ABM and LinkedIn campaigns, create scalable playbooks, and fuel Sales with a steady stream of high-quality leads.

Self-Serve / PLG Loops – Optimize onboarding flows, activation campaigns, and referral mechanics to convert users into long-term revenue. Inbound Engine – Launch content hubs, performance ads, and “side project” lead magnets to attract and nurture B2C prospects. Data & Experimentation – Implement tracking, run A/B tests, model CAC: LTV, and double down on high-performing initiatives. Revenue Partnership – Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to monitor pipeline health and inform product roadmap decisions. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You: Can show a portfolio of 7-figure pipeline wins in SaaS or tech-enabled B2B services.

Have experience scaling product-led funnels from activation to virality. Embrace ambiguity, test relentlessly, and celebrate both learning and winning. Bring bonus points if you’ve worked in education, EdTech, or have experience building engaged communities. The Ideal Candidate Has: 5+ years in growth marketing, particularly in B2B SaaS or tech. Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, automation tools, and basic SQL. Proven ability to collaborate with Sales to over-deliver on pipeline goals. Fluency in English. Working knowledge of tools like:

HubSpot / Salesforce, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Google & Meta Ads, Mixpanel / Amplitude, Ahrefs / Semrush, Looker / BigQuery, Zapier, A/B testing platforms, HeyReach / CleyA personality that’s data-driven, action-oriented, persuasive, and relentlessly curious.
