What we’re looking forWe are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing Brand and Content Marketing team. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an exceptional eye for detail, and brings energy and collaboration to every project. You will help evolve and maintain our visual brand across digital and print platforms, delivering high-quality assets that inspire and engage our audiences.

Position overviewReporting to the Senior Manager, Brand & Content Marketing, the Graphic Designer will play a key role in the development and execution of Kneat’s visual identity across multiple touchpoints. From digital marketing campaigns and social content to sales enablement materials, infographics, event assets and website content, you will be responsible for delivering polished, brand-aligned work that supports key business objectives. You will work closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and external vendors to ensure consistency and high standards across all brand expressions. You will also collaborate closely with the Graphic Design & Brand Specialist to deliver best-in-class visual communications.

ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging, on-brand visuals for digital, print, social media, and event marketingDesign assets across a wide range of formats, including website pages, landing pages, social posts, emails, digital ads, presentations, reports, and moreTake ownership of projects from concept to execution, balancing creativity with practical deliveryCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual solutionsContribute to the development and evolution of Kneat’s visual brand, ensuring consistency across all channelsSupport the Senior Manager, Brand & Content Marketing in refining and maintaining Kneat’s brand guidelinesPrepare artwork for print and coordinate with external vendorsManage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards at every stageParticipate in brainstorming sessions, critiques, and creative reviews with the wider marketing teamStay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate our creative outputMinimum Qualifications3+ years of experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environmentAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); PowerPoint and FigmaStrong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and brand applicationDemonstrated experience working on integrated campaigns and multi-format deliverablesHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsProven ability to deliver quality work under pressure and juggle competing prioritiesExperience working with internal and external stakeholderA strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical ability, and a range of project typesNice to HavesAgency experienceMotion design or video editing skills (e.
