About the RoleAs a Knowledge Management Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing policy, procedure, and guidance (PPG) documentation, managing projects, and supporting leadership reporting. You’ll work closely with the JESS RM–I Risk Manager and PQT team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple projects and initiatives with minimal supervisionDrive innovation through automation, AI, and procedural enhancementsDevelop and maintain dashboard reports for leadership insightsMonitor service level agreements and escalate risks proactivelyCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasksApply best practices in knowledge management and process optimizationMust-Have QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in risk management or auditor independenceProven ability to manage projects and make impactful decisionsStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power AutomateExceptional organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to build credibility and relationships across teamsCore CompetenciesBusiness Skills:CommunicationCustomer ServiceCollaboration & TeamworkStakeholder ManagementTechnical Skills:Drive QualityProblem-SolvingRisk ManagementInformation Systems Administration SPECIAL CONDITIONSKJESS uses a hybrid work model, allowing staff to work from home in Jamaica or in the office.
