The Executive Assistant is a role that is integral to helping our CEO and Co-Founder, as well as the larger Executive Leadership team, perform at their very best. We are currently seeking a candidate for a 12+ month contract/parental leave cover. This is a key role in supporting the needs of our Executive by providing quality support while contributing to the efficiency of the business. You'll be able to anticipate the needs and provide focused direction on projects by resolving issues before they arise.

These are some of the things you’ll own: Complex management of diary, inbox, and travel.

Using your exceptional organisational skills to ensure their time is being spent as efficiently as possibleProvide both professional and some personal assistance to ensure the Executive's time and priorities are effectively managedPlan and schedule Leadership Team activities such as off-sites, strategy sessions, business reviews, etcDrive accountability and action with direct reports by following up on key action items and deliverablesManage information requests from internal and external stakeholders, including InvestorsManage priority lists on a daily basisConduct strategic research to prepare documents, agendas, presentations and reportsHospitality for key stakeholdersAd-hoc projects that support our growthGeneral support to the Leadership TeamIdeal background. . .

 You must have at least 5+ years of experience working in a similar executive support or project management role, with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and work on continuous process improvementSignificant experience supporting C-Suite level and experience within a startup & scale-up environment is advantageousAdvanced proficiency within GSuite, including GmailA deep-seated curiosity and a strong desire to design and implement AI-powered solutions for workflows.

Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, including strong writing and influencing skills with the ability to organically build strong relationships across all levels of the businessA proactive, solutions-focused and flexible work style with high attention to detailWork calmly under pressure whilst being adaptable to pivot priorities on short noticeHigh level of emotional intelligenceExperience with multi-site managementExperience with booking meetings and travel across various time zonesTreehouse Perks and Privileges…Koala is only great when its employees are happy — and we’re one happy bunch!
