With extensive E-commerce digital marketing knowledge and in-depth consumer data, Tagtoo deployed Identity-resolution, designed to tackle the absence of third-party cookie tracking, we empowered business owners to transfer to a new digital marketing era with non-code / full-stake solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPartnership Development & Management: Identify and build relationships with new and existing partners to expand business opportunities.Develop and implement partnership strategies to achieve specific goals like client acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.Serve as the main point of contact for partners, address their needs, and ensure smooth day-to-day communication and collaboration.Provide ongoing support to existing partners to ensure their success with the company's products or services.Negotiate effectively to ensure that both parties benefit from the partnership.Strategic Planning & Execution: Help develop a sales proposal strategy based on client briefs.Develop and execute strategies to build relationships with partners and increase revenue.Identify opportunities for growth, create innovative solutions, and evolve strategies to help partners reach their goals.Marketing & Promotion: Create and manage collaborative marketing campaigns and promotional materials with partners to promote both brands' products or services.Lead marketing efforts to generate partner awareness and drive best practices into the marketplace.Develop and manage all marketing assets needed to support channel programs, including written materials and presentations.Oversee co-marketing campaigns, including the production of collateral, webinars, and events.Performance Analysis: Track and report on the performance of partnership initiatives, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for future strategic decisions.Analyze partner programs' performance to identify improvement areas, including conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue generated.Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends.Project Management:Oversee new projects and initiatives related to partnerships, including managing budgets, timelines, and external vendors or agencies.Manage the budget allocated to partner programs to ensure that funds are utilized efficiently and effectively.Key RequirementMinimum 3 years of experience in the KOL/KOC industry. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or equivalent.Strong understanding of social platform trends and creator ecosystems.Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.Familiarity with social media buying (META/GOOL/TIKTOK) in Indonesia is a plus.Detail-oriented with strong project coordination abilities.Ability to align influencer content with business KPIs.A KPI-driven individual with sales experience in achieving monthly/quarterly assigned quotas.Proficiency in Bahasa, Advanced English for communicating with MNC counterparts.Email your CV to ranti@tagtoo.com
