Job Descriptions:Manage full-cycle KOL collaborations (Nano to Mega), including scouting, negotiation, briefing, execution, and performance reporting.Develop and implement KOL strategies to support campaigns and seasonal promotions.Build long-term relationships with influencers and creative partners.Monitor KOL content performance and optimize based on insights.Stay updated with social and influencer trends relevant to hospitality and lifestyle.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum 3 years of proven experience in KOL Management or influencer marketing (preferably in hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle brands.)Strong analytical ability to assess KOL metrics and campaign ROI.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Creative mindset with strong ownership and initiative.
