KOL Specialist (Global Experience Required) – Onsite Bali

We are a creative agency specializing in global influencer marketing and digital campaigns. Our team collaborates with international brands to deliver high-impact campaigns through KOL/KOC management. As our projects continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced KOL Specialist (Global) to join our in-house creative team in Bali.Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced KOL Specialist who has managed global influencer collaborations. In this role, you will:Develop and execute global influencer and social media marketing strategies.Identify, engage, and manage relationships with international KOLs/KOCs across multiple markets.Handle contract negotiations, campaign coordination, and content approvals.Monitor campaign performance, prepare analytical reports, and provide actionable recommendations.Stay updated on international influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of proven experience in managing international/global KOLs.Has an existing database of global influencers across various tiers (nano, micro, mid, macro, mega).Strong understanding of global social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer ecosystems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Portfolio of past influencer marketing campaigns involving global KOLs is required (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).Willing to work onsite in Bali, Indonesia.
