KOL Specialitst

We are seeking a KOL & Affiliate Lead who is passionate about creating impactful partnerships and driving performance through strategic collaboration. In this role, you will lead the development, execution, and optimization of KOL and affiliate initiatives that directly contribute to brand visibility, engagement, and revenue growth. You will oversee budget planning, manage influencer relationships, and ensure every campaign delivers strong, measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute KOL and influencer marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales.Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure smooth and long-term collaborations.Handle contract negotiations, deliverables, timelines, and budgeting to maximize ROI.Monitor campaign performance, analyze engagement and conversion metrics, and optimize based on data insights.Lead and optimize paid affiliate marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and cost efficiency.Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners and key influencers.Identify and recruit new affiliates to expand reach and performance potential.Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce effective campaign materials.Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and competitor activities.Minimum Requirements1.5–3 years of experience in KOL Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Affiliate Marketing)Strong KOL and agency network with a proven track record of successful collaborations.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including contract and pricing management.Data-driven, with experience in performance tracking, ROI analysis, and campaign optimization.Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other major social platforms.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Willing to work fully on-site (WFO) in Greenlake City, Jakarta Barat
