If you’re passionate about influencer marketing and data-driven strategy, let’s make an impact together!Job DescriptionRelationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with top influencers to maximise affiliate performance and drive conversionsStrategy & Growth: Ideate and implement new strategies and amplification tactics to onboard KOLs and accelerate their growth within the Shopee Affiliate ProgramCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to execute strategic projects and improve operationsExternal Partnerships: Collaborate with external agencies and Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) to onboard and nurture KOLs, ensuring sustained creator growthPerformance Tracking & Optimisation: Track and analyse initiative performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance success metricsCompetitive Analysis: Monitor and analyse competitor campaigns to identify insights, trends, and opportunities that can strengthen our own strategiesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in any fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft ExcelKeen interest in social media marketing, influencer marketing, and the evolving digital marketing landscapeTeam player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform KPIsExperience in talent management, client management, e-commerce, and affiliate industry would be an added advantage
