We are looking for an experienced Architect or Interior Architect with strong execution skills and in-depth knowledge of local operations to join us as our Senior Finishing Works Supervisor. This role will oversee the entire process from subcontractor mobilization to project handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards, and local regulations are met. The selected candidate will: Be on-site full-time to coordinate and monitor all finishing works. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports to share with the HQ team. Safeguard the quality of execution and design integrity while acting as a key bridge between the design and construction teams. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture. Minimum of 10 years of site experience in interior finishing works, preferably in office, hotel, or mixed-use projects. Eligibility to work in Azerbaijan (work permit holder or able to obtain one). Deep knowledge of local workflows, subcontractor structures, and regulatory requirements in Azerbaijan. Strong expertise in implementation details, material knowledge, and quality control processes. Proven experience in project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and on-site management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English and/or Azerbaijani is a strong plus.
