The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Warehouse Operator to be based in Auckland to provide support to the Parts logistics business. The Warehouse Operator is responsible of fullfilling warehouse operational activities, receiving and sorting, put away, picking, packing and dispatch and relevant administrative and support duties for the Warehouse.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct to be handled/ stored/dispatched in accordance with the Company’s procedures to meet the operational standards set by Komatsu. To assist with the system maintenance to ensure accuracy of inventory. To meet required KPI times for inbound, Outbound and Inventory related activitiesEnsure appropriate record keeping is adhered to for receiving and dispatching goods to third party company including Komatsu’s logistic provider. Willingness to take on ad hoc duties as required. Role Located: AucklandRoster: Monday to Friday, 8. 30am - 5. 00pmWhat Are We Looking ForDemonstrated experience/skills as a warehouse operator, and/or Warehouse inventory/dispatch person.
Understanding of Inventory Control, Stock ManagementAccurate recording of receipt, picking and delivery transactionsConcise capturing of data and absolute compliance with processWell-developed written and oral communication skillsAbility to always communicate with internal/ external contacts of all levels. Ability to work in a dynamic team environment. Positive demeanor and willingness to always co-operate.
