You’ll be involved in a variety of projects that challenge you to think creatively and make a tangible impact, both for our clients and for our rapidly growing firm.

 In this role, your days will be varied and engaging. You’ll support Kona’s work with clients by assisting with data analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and conducting in-depth research to inform our strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with senior consultants on live projects, gaining a clear view of how high-impact solutions are developed and delivered.

Beyond client-facing work, you’ll also play an active role on the operational side of our business, helping to streamline internal processes, contribute to team discussions, and play an integral role in the integration of AI tools and practices into our day-to-day workings to facilitate the enhancement of our offerings to clients. Each day, you’ll be challenged to learn, contribute, and develop the skills that form the foundation of a successful consultancy career.

     Skills and Experience Strong Analytical and Research Project Management and organisational Proficiency in Data Analytics and AI technologies Excellent Communication and Presentation Problem-solving and Critical Thinking  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Experience or keen interest in the consultancy field  Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Data Science, or a related field
