We are looking for an experienced Finance / Business Controller who will play a key role in financial planning, business controlling and performance analytics. This position will partner closely with the Managing Director and leadership team, providing financial insights, high-quality reporting and supporting strategic and operational decision-making. The role is critical in strengthening financial discipline across the organization and ensuring strong business performance management.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare financial reports and performance analysis for management.Support month-end close and ensure accuracy of financial data.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Analyze profitability of products, customers, and projects.Monitor KPIs, margins, costs, and Working Capital.Perform financial modeling and business case evaluations.Support sales in pricing and financial risk assessment.Review contracts and monitor CAPEX projects.Improve financial processes, internal controls, and reporting automation.Support in HR and administrative matters.What We OfferA strategic role with real impact on business performance and decision-making.Opportunity to build and enhance controlling processes in a growing organization.Direct cooperation with top management and participation in key strategic projects.Professional development opportunities and exposure to a dynamic international business environment.Qualifications & RequirementsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.4–6 years of experience in Controlling / FP&A / Financial Analysis or Audit.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights.Good understanding of accounting principles and IFRS.Advanced MS Excel skills.Strong communication and business partnering skills.Fluency in English.If this role sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply - we’ll be happy to hear from you.
