We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Operations professional to support our growing operations in the Sumatera region. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between the central team and stores across the area. Ideal candidate profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related fieldAt least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support roleProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointFast response time, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skillsAble to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyResponsibilities:
Handle daily operational support for Kenangan brands, especially for all store in SumateraPrepare and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reportsMaintain and update operational data, including area changes and new store openingsManage inventory and equipment processes, including late-night inventory checks if neededResponsible for General Affairs tasks such as ordering and sending uniformsCoordinate with stores on damages or repair needs; initiate PR/PO in SAP if neededProficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry, compilation, and reporting tasks.
