Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Hybrid role for a Captain.

The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, including pre-flight checks, navigation, communication with air traffic control, and post-flight procedures. Based in the Seoul Incheon Metropolitan Area, there will be flexibility for some work-from-home tasks as necessary. The Captain will also be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of safety, compliance, and customer service.

QualificationsAviation experience, particularly in operating commercial aircraftStrong understanding of aviation safety protocols and regulationsExcellent communication and decision-making skillsExperience with navigation and flight planningValid commercial or airline transport pilot licenseAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong commitment to customer serviceProficiency in English and Korean is highly desirableAdditional qualifications such as experience in leadership roles or advanced pilot training are beneficial
