We are currently looking for a Korean Sales Manager to manage sales activities and events (Korean Market) in line with the quarterly /annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed the Hotel budget.Key Responsibilities:Establish and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve set targetsDevelop strong, lasting relationships with clients, focusing on the Korean marketConduct market analysis to identify new business opportunitiesPrepare and present effective sales pitches and presentationsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client serviceParticipate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote AYANA MidplazaPrepare reports on sales activity, performance metrics, and market trendsRequirementsExclusively for Korean Expatriate applicants2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceIn-depth knowledge of the Korean market is essentialDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship buildingAbility to think strategically while being detail-orientedFluent in English (both written and verbal)Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
