Summary: This role will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing enterprise-wide digital strategies that enhance business performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute a multi-year digital transformation roadmap tailored to the telecom industry. Lead enterprise data strategy, ensuring data governance, accessibility, and analytics capabilities support decision-making. Lead initiatives that modernize customer journeys across mobile, broadband, enterprise, and wholesale segments. Collaborate with network teams to align digital services with next-gen infrastructure (e. g. , 5G). Promote integration between IT and telecom infrastructure to enable faster service delivery and network agility.
Champion digital tools for predictive maintenance, fraud detection, and network analytics. Forge strategic partnerships with digital vendors and telecom tech providers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, innovation, or related areas. Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation programs. Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies, digital tools, and agile methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in change management and cross-functional collaboration.
