research and identify new geographic regions, customer segments, or product utilization/developments that offer potential for business expansion in target marketsDevelop and implement expansion strategies to enter new marketsConduct market research: Gather and analyze data on industry trends, customer needs, commercial prospects and market niches in local landscapeMonitor performance: Track and report on the performance of market expansion initiatives including sales, customer satisfaction, market share, and adjust strategies when neededDevelop vertical business plans to expand existing overseas marketsNegotiate new and ongoing commercial partnerships with domestic partnersCreate marketing tactics to improve product offers, program strategies, and corporate competitivenessRequirements:
