Job DescriptionSenior Consultant - Strategy & Value CreationSydney, Melbourne or BrisbaneKPMG’s Strategy & Value Creation team works with our clients to help them identify, quantify and execute initiatives that will help them maximise their untapped EBITDA potential. Our people bridge the advisory relationship from pre-deal growth strategy to post-deal business transformation. We are leaders in the identification and quantification of value in transactions, the design and mobilisation of business transformation programs, and delivering value creation services that directly improve the quality of earnings and the associated enterprise value of our client’s business.

Everyday our people deliver services and engagements, such as: Commercial due diligence: Assessing markets, growth drivers, customer dynamics, the competitor landscape to identify deal risks and value upside potential. Operational due diligence: Assessing management business plans, the potential for operational efficiencies, identification of supply chain risks, determining the potential disruption and value upside from the use of AI and validating operating model value levers. Growth strategy: Support organic and in-organic growth strategy developmentValue creation: Identifying and validating value creation opportunities in and out of the dealPost-deal business transformation:

Design post deal business transformation programs and initiatives to help our clients maximise the value potential from an acquisitionSynergy evaluation: the quantification of the potential cost savings and revenue enhancements. Your Opportunity – Senior ConsultantOur Strategy & Value Creation team is growing. We are looking for professionals with 2-5 year experience in strategy development, revenue optimisation, cost-out, margin improvement, working capital optimisation and business transformation design, to play a key part in the future success of the team by: Supporting the execution and implementation of post-deal business transformation programs.

Conducting quantitative analysis to support commercial and operational due diligenceSupporting organic and inorganic growth strategiesIdentifying and validating cost optimisation initiativesHelping turnaround client business performance and outcomesEffectively engaging with and managing client stakeholders How are you extraordinary?You have proven experience of delivering strategy and value creation services in similar consulting or advisory teams. You thrive in navigating strategic, commercial, and operational issues to support exceptional business outcomes.
