We are looking for professional and skilled people to join our growing Corporate Finance practice in Copenhagen. The position is an opportunity to gain insights and perspectives in the life of Corporate Finance and the great culture in KPMG. We are a leading global mid-market M&A and Corporate Finance advisor globally, providing our services to shareholders, corporates, private equity funds, and executives on exciting M&A engagements. The positionAs an analyst your primary tasks will be:

Analysis of markets, sectors and companiesAssist on sell and buyside pitches, presentations and on-going engagementsAssist on valuation of companiesAssist on financial modelling projectsOther ad hoc analysisWeekly workload will be about 15-20 hours with flexibility during exam periodsAbout you, our newest team member We seek qualified and skilled people with the following qualifications: You are on your last year of your bachelor’s degree or have just recently started your master’s degree in finance, economics or similarRelevant academic backgroundOpen-minded with a positive and 'can-do' mind-setProfessional analytical skills incl.
