Analysts for our KPMG Corporate Finance team (part-time)

We are looking for professional and skilled people to join our growing Corporate Finance practice in Copenhagen. We are a leading global mid-market M&A and Corporate Finance advisor globally, providing our services to shareholders, corporates, private equity funds, and executives on exciting M&A engagements. The positionAs an analyst your primary tasks will be:

Analysis of markets, sectors and companiesAssist on sell and buyside pitches, presentations and on-going engagementsAssist on valuation of companiesAssist on financial modelling projectsOther ad hoc analysisWeekly workload will be about 15-20 hours with flexibility during exam periodsAbout you, our newest team member We seek qualified and skilled people with the following qualifications: You are on your last year of your bachelor’s degree or have just recently started your master’s degree in finance, economics or similarRelevant academic backgroundOpen-minded with a positive and 'can-do' mind-setProfessional analytical skills incl.
