Finding the right place to do that is essential. We are looking for a unior Talent Acquisition Assistant to help our Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day tasks and provide essential support in delivering a smooth candidate and stakeholder experience. This position involves working with: 👩 Candidate ManagementMaintain and update candidate records in our candidate management system (e. g. , tagging, status updates). Follow up with candidates for missing personal documents or information. Send interview confirmations, reminders, and rejection emails using templates. Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.

📅 Interview & Scheduling Schedule interviews and coordinate availability with candidates and interviewers. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and logistics. Keep processes structured and ensure clear follow-up on scheduled interviews. 📥 Mailbox & Communication Monitor and respond to emails in the Talent Acquisition mailbox. Assign incoming applications or questions to the appropriate recruiter. Answer standard candidate queries (e. g. , application status, documentation). Flag priority messages or issues to recruiters when needed. 📊 Reporting & Data QualitySupport the preparation of dashboards and recruitment KPIs. Assist in regular or ad hoc data audits and ensure data accuracy in our systems.

Assist with analyzing data and preparing reports for the team. 📣 Job Posting & AdministrationPost internships and job offers on school career sites and job boards. Keep things organized by archiving closed requisitions and candidate files. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. What We Look ForYou hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar field. (Or you are expected to graduate soon. )You have a strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. You are meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized. You feel confident using Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel.

You are proactive, reliable a good communicator, and you are comfortable with working remotely. You are fluent in English.
