About The RoleAs part of KPMG’s Customer & Operations practice, you will lead engagements that help our clients drive profitable growth and transform their businesses through performance improvement projects. You will support clients in defining their market and customer strategy, design their customer journey and enable efficient front-office functions to deliver the best customer experience. Many projects involve CRM solutions or analytical tools that help turn data into action.

Beyond this, you will play a vital role in shaping KPMG’s growth agenda by identifying new business opportunities, leading commercial dialogues, building senior client relationships and contributing to the development of our people, methods and go-to-market offerings. The role can be placed in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö, depending on your location and preference. ,What We Are Looking ForWe believe that you:

Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related fieldHave 5+ years of experience in management consulting or relevant industry rolesHave led strategy and transformation projects related to customer experience, go-to-market, commercial strategy, customer insight or similarAre confident working with senior stakeholdersHave strong leadership skills and enjoy developing people and teamsPossess strong business acumen and a proven sales track recordAre fluent in EnglishExperience in working with CRM platforms is considered a meritWhat We OfferWe believe in creating the right conditions for our people to grow.
