Roles And ResponsibilitiesTo be an effective Manager / Senior Manager, applicants will be expected to:

Design and run small projects and / or large, complex workstreams with limited oversight,Support/Generate hypothesis and play a key role in storyboarding,Liaise effectively with clients whilst working on engagements and act as an ‘ambassador’ for KPMG,Produce client ready deliverables that exceed expectations and requires limited review,Develop solutions to complex problems and challenge the thinking of more senior colleagues and clients,Construct detailed financial / business models performing complex scenario and sensitivity analysis,Support the identification of on-sell / cross-sell opportunities,Develop rapport and solid working relationships with client counterparts and maintain them outside of engagements,Be a strong and effective team player,Provide timely feedback and coaching to other team members,Work flexibly across sectors and proposition.

Technical SkillsTo succeed in this demanding role an applicant will need to demonstrate the following:

University degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields; a Masters degree/MBA will be a plus,Evidence of strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities,Structured thinking skills combined with creativity,Awareness of new technologies and their commercial impacts,Ability to gather, review and assess large volumes of technical data and distil the key strategic insights,Ability to evaluate complex challenges and deliver insightful recommendations that can be practically executed,Strong numerical capabilities combined with sound commercial acumen,Ability to build financial models that support our recommendations to clients,Strong slide writing capabilities,Excellent English written and oral communication skills,Other language skills would be a strong bonus.
