The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in 3D design and motion graphics, with a strong understanding of architectural concepts and visualization techniques. This role involves creating visually stunning graphics and animations for various projects, including presentations, marketing materials, and digital content. Key Responsibilities: • Develop high-quality 3D models and animations for projects.

• Create engaging motion graphics that effectively communicate ideas and concepts. • Collaborate with team members to produce visual content that aligns with project goals. • Utilize software such as 3ds Max, Blender, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce designs. • Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to continuously improve skills and techniques. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field. • 1-2 years of professional experience in 3D design and motion graphics. • Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e. g. , Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender).

• Strong skills in motion graphics software (e. g. , Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D). • Excellent understanding of architectural principles and visualization techniques. • Strong creative vision with attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) applications is a plus. • Familiarity with rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
