Kronospan Riga is looking for a person with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Main duties and responsibilitiesProcurement of both recycled and virgin wood for production needs. Market monitoring and analysis of wood and wood recycling sectors. Execution of price negotiations and contract management with suppliers.

Establishment and maintenance of strong, long-term supplier relationships. Contribution to the achievement of company objectives and continuous improvement of procurement processes. RequirementsProven experience as a Technical Buyer or Purchasing Specialist, preferably in the wood industry, recycling, or broader waste management sector (minimum 3 years). Solid understanding of technical specifications and production requirements related to wood materials. Strong negotiation skills, resilience, and the ability to build and manage supplier relationships effectively. Experience in supplier evaluation, contract management, and cost optimization.
