Role Description This is a part-time, on-site position for a Kru Bioskop (Theater Crew), based in Indramayu. Team members will assist with daily cinema operations, including welcoming guests, ticket sales, maintaining cleanliness in theaters and common areas, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all visitors. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with promotional activities or addressing guest inquiries and concerns. Qualifications Customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanorExperience with teamwork and collaborative problem solvingAttention to detail and organizational skillsBasic communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of other languages is a plusAvailability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPrior experience in a customer-facing role or related field is advantageous but not required
