Our approach is rooted in respect, and 100% of our consultants are on the autism spectrum.We are expanding our consultancy business in Poland, and we're looking for a Kubernetes Platform Engineer to join our team.If you identify as aurodivergent, are passionate about technology, coding, and solving complex problems, we want to hear from you.About The ProjectWe are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our client's global team in the role of IKP Support Engineer (SRE) at Hybrid Integration Platform. Hybrid Integration Platform is one of the platforms that constitutes The Enterprise Infrastructure Area within IT function. The function powers the platforms that enable their internal clients to operate efficiently, securely, and with insight to accelerate the internal customer journey, increase service agility, and improve resilience. IKP Team provides containerization capabilities to their internal customers around the globe. IKP Support Engineer (SRE) will join the IKP Team to help to build, scale and maintain IKP infrastructure. The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of systems, automate processes, and troubleshoot issues in production environments around the globe.What You’ll Do Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the infrastructure platform. Collaborate in diagnosing and resolving IKP infrastructure issues. Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Kubernetes platform. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, performance issues, and integration failures. Perform root cause analysis and implement reliability improvements. Provide 24x7 support as part of an on-call Rota. Some weekend support is required. Plan duties and the other administrative tasks for a teamWhat We’re Looking For Solid technical knowledge and experience with Kubernetes administration. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and operations and troubleshooting tools. Understanding of containerization and orchestration. Experience with Unix administration skills. Experience with Service Meshes is a plus. Understanding of ITIL processes and automation skills. Incident, Problem, Change Management processes are used at the bank to keep our changes safe and to learn from mistakes. Familiarity with infrastructure as a code. Strong analytical and communication skills. You must know how to analyse data from logs and monitoring dashboards and communicate with the other teams the issues and problems to improve resilience.
