RequirementsThe Tampa office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with over 3 years of experience in Insurance Defense, particularly in the area of bodily injury. Qualifications: Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury and/or general liability, preferred Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferredEssential Duties & Responsibilities:
